User Agreement for Sellers

1. General Provisions

1.1 This agreement is a public offer and regulates the relationship between the Account Marketplace (hereinafter — the Administration) and the seller of digital goods (hereinafter — the Seller).

1.2 Acceptance of the agreement is considered as:

• registration in the seller panel
• use of the marketplace functionality

1.3 By accepting this agreement, the Seller confirms that:

• they have fully read and understood the terms
• they accept them without any restrictions
• they agree to comply with them

1.4 This agreement is valid indefinitely. The Administration may change the terms unilaterally without prior notice. The updated version becomes effective upon publication.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1 The Administration provides the Seller with access to a platform for selling digital goods.

2.2 The marketplace acts as an intermediary and provides:

• product listing
• customer acquisition
• order processing
• payment acceptance

2.3 The Seller lists products and receives income from sales.

3. Seller Registration

3.1 Access is granted after registration and moderation.

3.2 The Administration reserves the right to:

• reject registration without explanation
• request additional information
• verify listed products

3.3 The Seller must provide accurate information.

3.4 Transfer of the account to third parties is prohibited.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1 The Administration has the right to:

• change the terms of the agreement
• restrict or block access
• remove products
• conduct inspections
• refuse cooperation without explanation
• withhold funds in case of violations

4.2 The Administration undertakes to:

• ensure platform functionality
• process payouts
• protect personal data (as required by law)

4.3 The Seller undertakes to:

• list only legal products
• comply with applicable laws
• not resell the same product repeatedly (unless permitted)
• not use sold accounts
• not bypass the system (multi-accounts, duplicates, etc.)
• not post advertising or contact details
• not use the platform for spam
• follow communication rules

4.4 The Seller is prohibited from:

• selling illegal goods
• uploading non-unique or already used data
• creating a new account after a ban
• interfering with platform operations

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1 The Seller sets the product price independently.

5.2 The marketplace automatically adds its commission on top.

5.3 The balance is formed after a successful sale.

5.4 Payouts are made via available payment systems.

5.5 Payout time: from 10 minutes to 12 hours (depending on load).

5.6 Payment system fees are covered by the Seller.

6. Liability

6.1 The Seller is fully responsible for:

• product quality
• functionality
• legality

6.2 The Administration is not responsible for:

• actions of third parties
• account bans after sale
• technical failures
• lost profits

6.3 In case of violations, the Administration may:

• block the account
• remove products
• withhold the balance

7. Force Majeure

7.1 The parties are released from liability in case of force majeure events such as:

• natural disasters
• war
• major infrastructure failures

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 All disputes are resolved through negotiations.

8.2 Claims must be submitted via support.

9. Final Provisions
